Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at solesnug@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you believe you received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for refunds or returns under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
